Morning Sickness Salad

Pregnancy is a life-changing, amazing
experience but the morning sickness that comes with it is a hell of a thing.
Here’s a recipe for an incredible salad that tastes great, is super low calories
and contains watermelon which is ideal for morning sickness.
Ingredients:
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime
juice
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
6 black olives
1½ cups seedless watermelon
1½ cups arugula
¼ cup fresh mint, chopped
1/3 cup crumbled pasteurized feta
cheese

Directions:
1. In
a large serving bowl, add onions, lime juice, olive oil, and olives and mix,
leave mixture to stand for 10 minutes.
2. Add
watermelon, arugula, mint and feta and toss.
