Blueberry Smoothie

In one of my previous posts, one of my regular readers, Muria asked about using fruit smoothies to shed belly fat. If you're looking to slim down, start by sipping this nutrition-packed smoothie which will satisfy your sweet tooth.
Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
I cup of frozen unsweetened blueberry
1 tbsp of cold – pressed organic flaxseed oil
Directions:
Combine milk and blueberries in a blender and blend for 1
minute. Transfer to glass and stir in flaxseed oil.
