1.Slowly roll down your spine to hang forward, with weight in the middle of your feet. Be sure not to lock your knees or roll in or out with your feet.

Cobra
1.Lay face down with the top of your feet resting on the floor.
2.Keep palms flat on floor alongside the chest, and elbows close to the body.
3.Lift head, neck and chest off the floor, keeping your feet and legs down.

Extended Leg Balance
1.Stand up straight and slowly shift your weight into one leg.
2.Lift one leg and hold on to the tip of the feet. The other hand can be extended.
