Swimsuit season is here, so you try on your new tangerine bikini and look into the mirror, and you see cellulite creeping up on your legs. Ahh, what can you do to quickly smooth those bumps away? Here are some cellulite-bursting poses which target your thighs and butt, the areas most prone to dimpling.

Half Shoulder Stand

1.Lie on your back with your arms resting alongside your thighs.
2.Bend your knees and curl them up toward your forehead.
3.Place your hands under your hips for support, elbows on the floor.
   4.Hold for 8-10 deep breaths.
5.Slowly release your knees and roll back gently down to the floor.

Standing Forward Bend

1.Stand with feet hip-distance apart.
2.Hinge forward at the hips, keeping a straight bend in your knees.
3.Lay your chest on your upper thighs as you let your head fall toward the ground.
4.Slowly straighten your legs, making sure your knees don’t lock and your hips stay over the center of your feet.
